TERMS & CONDITIONS

Imagination Upgraded Studios

By booking or using Imagination Upgraded Studios ("the Studio"), you ("the Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

All studio bookings must be made in advance through our online scheduling system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

  • By completing a booking, you authorize Imagination Upgraded Studios to save your payment method on file for approved additional charges related to your session.

2. ADDITIONAL FEES & POST-BOOKING CHARGES

Certain fees are assessed based on the details of your booking and may be charged after the initial reservation.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Additional attendees beyond the included limit of 8 people ($25 per additional person, per hour)

  • Overtime ($75 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, subject to availability)

  • Cleaning fee ($100 if the studio is not returned to its original condition)

  • Fresh cyc paint prep ($20, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance)

By booking, you expressly authorize the Studio to charge the card on file for any approved additional services or fees.

3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Creative Studio Rentals

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Event Rentals

  • Events are subject to a stricter cancellation policy.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if an event is canceled with sufficient advance notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for events canceled on the day of the event.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If the Studio must cancel due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled end time of your booking. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of arrival time. No-shows are fully non-refundable.

5. STUDIO USE & CAPACITY

Creative studio bookings include up to 8 people total, including talent, crew, and guests. Additional attendees require approval and incur additional fees. Clients are responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these Terms & Conditions. Sets and equipment must be returned to their original configuration by the end of the session.

6. DAMAGE & RESPONSIBILITY

The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests beyond normal wear and tear. The Studio reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning as needed. Imagination Upgraded Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following are strictly prohibited in the Studio:

  • Drug or alcohol use

  • Open flames of any kind

  • Glitter or glitter-based products

  • Pornographic photography and/videography.

The following require prior written approval:

  • Smoke or fog effects

Any illegal activity is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

8. EVENTS & THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

Outside vendors (DJ, catering, equipment providers, etc.) are allowed only under the Client's full responsibility. The Studio assumes no liability for the actions, services, or equipment of third-party vendors. The Client is responsible for ensuring all vendors comply with Studio rules and policies.

9. MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are subject to the following terms:

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Hours do not roll over

  • Memberships are for individual use only

  • Unused hours are forfeited unless the Studio cancels a booking

  • The Studio reserves the right to modify membership terms with reasonable notice

10. AGE REQUIREMENTS & SUPERVISION

Clients must meet the Studio's minimum age requirement to book. Minors are permitted only with adult supervision at all times. The supervising adult assumes full responsibility for minors on the premises.

11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Use of the Studio and its facilities is at the Client's own risk. Imagination Upgraded Studios shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking a session, event, or membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
